See below: If you mean kidney stones, they are not assesed in weight, they are mainly assessed by size varying from 1-2 mm to more than 10-15 mm.Very rarely there are bigger around 2 inches.They all are certainly less than fractions of pounds.

A 70 kg person is 154 pounds, or 11 stone. These countries now use the metric system and this system has fallen out of favor since the 1980s.
