Not panic: What you have described is certainly not a panic attack. Panic attacks do not involve feeling cold and clammy or having leg pain. Chest pain leg pain and feeling cold and clammy to me sound like a possible pulmonary embolism from a deep venous thrombosis. Please read the following article and go back to that er or a different one. www.mayoclinic.com/health/pulmonary-embolism/ds00429/d... Pulmonary.

Panic: Yes. This very well could be panic. I am sure they took your vitals and examined you. They probably had you on a heart monitor and an oximeter. They would have ruled out a DVT and pulmonary embolism. Panic can trick our brain. Your symptoms seem explained by breathing rapidly and an increased blood pressure. Follow up with your family doctor soon!
