Viral, autoimmune: This could be a viral infection. Certainly, one thing to consider would be mono. This is typical in your age group. This usually resolves in 5-10 days but if symptoms continue I would also consider doing some lab as a connective tissue disease could also present like this, with some vague symptoms.
