Maybe: I find this more common now than 20+years ago when we belly slept infants. They had an incentive to roll over so they could see what's happening around them better. Now the back slept kids actually hate to be placed on their belly, which cuts their visual field.Tummy time is a good way to push a kid to develop this talent.In isolation this is not worrisome but deserves monitoring.
