Unknown: For some unknown reason basque people from northern spain & southern france have have a high incidence of rh negative blood, said to be about 35%, compared to general population elsewhere who have 15% incidence. Incidentally, eastern/oriental jews also have a higher incidence of rh negative peoples, reason agian unknown.
