Can someone with broca stroke learn to speak again at 88 with therapy at rehab inst and home?

Time will tell: Broca's aphasia- from a stroke in the frontal operculum causes aphasia which with rehab, may improve. While 88 year olds may not heal at the same rate as a younger person, only time and therapy will tell how much improvement is achieveable. Good luck to you!

Yes: All is not lost. I have seen significant improvement when people work at it. This means working with a speech therapist as well as doing a lot of homework.
