Pureed foods: She can have very soft foods such as yogurt for infants, but for now pureed foods are advised. She is learning to coordinate swallowing food without choking, and soft food is recommended. When she is older, then I would recommend introducing table foods in very small pieces no larger than the end of her finger. The foods should include fruits, vegetables and protein.
