Many things: There a number of things that can provoke chronic migraine. A thorough work up for related conditions is always warranted: thyroid disorders, anemia, h. Pylori, renal failure, lupus, sjogrens to name a few. I do not recommend a shot gun approach, let your doctor ask questions and focus in. Of course, brain tumor, aneurysms, and problems with the brain in general. I suggest and evaluation.
