Glucose intolerance: The glucose load went through GI so fast it wasn't absorbed. The elevated fbg tells you you should avoid sugar and refined grains and eat 6 equal meals with 6 servings of low glycemic vegetables and one apple spread out through three meals each day. Eat healthy, relax and breathe, then move like pretend jump roping for 5-10 minutes every 3 hours and your glucose tolerance and health will improve.
