Time of meds: Some people react differently to certain medications, and experimenting to know how you would react to them will benefit your treatment since you will know what is more convenient to a better performance at work or school. Most antidepressants are activating and taken in am but if they make you tired, they will be better at night. Sometimes it takes some time to see the results, keep trying.
