Leg pain: Any time something is described as bad pain there should be an evaluation. See your family doc to start and he/she may refer you as needed

See vein specialist.: The best way to determine if you have any vein problem would be to see a vein specialist and have a full venous evaluation including a venous reflux ultrasound to look for any signs of venous reflux or insufficiency. Vein problems can occur at any age and there is usually a strong genetic history. Vein symptoms can also be vague so you should see a vein specialist.
