Ive been hearing my heartbeat in my left ear throughout the day for a few years. it only happens when standing up or bending over or while exercising. went to the ent and got an mri and mra and everything came back normal. what could it be?

If you cosulted an ENT doc she/ he must have examined you and come to some conclusion- so please ask. Without an exam it is not possible to diagnose the cause
