If a neck node starts to bleed and slowly reducing in size is it a good sign? or indicates immediate surgery?

See doctor: I assume that no outside skin was cut during the surgery. Regardless, there is something really wrong when a neck node starts to bleed out. You need to see your doctor asap.

?cyst: If you mean lymph node, they usually don't bleed externally. This may have been a cyst such as a wen. It's better to have a physician check this lesion.
