US image had echos : The echos happen when the sound waves transition through solid to liquid or liquid to solid. They mean there was a fluid filled object seen ie a cyst. Cystic lesions in this region have a lot of possible causes. Fine needle aspiration might help. See your pcp to check on your thyroid and breast as well.
