Rash: It is not common for a rash to appear with aflu shot unless one develops the hives because of an allergic reaction. From your description there may be another cause to the rash.

Rash.: Yes. If it is a bad rash it could be an allergic reaction to flu shot. If there is no improvement she might need benadrl or steroid or both treatments. Consult a pediatrician.
