Decongestent and: Pain pill tylenol, (acetaminophen) advil or aleve and claritin.

See comment: Since i don't know the nature of the surgery, avoid taking anything with blood-thinning property like aspirin. You can take tylenol ibuprofen does help, but it can also cause blood thinning to lesser extent.Y ou can use if the procedure in minor.
