Truly a pain in the.: Clotted-up external hemorrhoids can be very painful. Internal often bleed but no pain. Hemorrhoids are not dangerous conditions, but can be truly a pain in the _ _ _. So, if conservative treatments (try otc preparation-h and wipes?) are not adequately controlling your symptoms, surgical correction (quite effective) may offer you benefit. So, i would consult doc for eval/advice.. Good luck.

Dizziness: Hemorrhoids indirectly may cause dizziness if bleed a lot and you become anemic. Anemia cusses dizziness. Every body has tail bone -coccyx. If you have so bad pain, then have x-ray/mri of sacral ; coccyx area to see bone, fascia ; ligament for proper structure and alignment. There are many causes of dizziness.
