Bright light sensitivity, photophobia, does bother a lot of people. It can also precipitate migraine episodes. It's a good idea to have an exam by an ophthalmologist to ensure there's no eye pathology such as dry eye syndrome, glaucoma or abnormal shape of your cornea which may require contact lens. Some with photophobia wear sunglasses as needed.
