Referred pain: In a way, if you have severe internal hemorrhoids and you sit in a certain position that causes pain, it may be referred as coccygeal or tail-bone pain.

Unlikely: Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless. The tailbone pain could be from many things other than hemorrhoids. But you should ask your doctor to help. Sometimes an anal tag or fissure could cause pain. You are on Coumadin (warfarin) so a bleed or inflammation on your bottom could easily occur.

Yes: Pain is internal and you can interpret it as tailbone pain.
