Every so often i get night terrors and i don't know what to do about them. any helpful ideas?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sleep entry disorder: If you look at normal sleep entry as a gliding flight path of a plane landing, the night terror tends occur more when you have a crash landing. If you are not getting enough sleep, your sleep deficit adds up & night terrors are more likely. This is similar to sleep walking or sleep talking. Power naps or other methods to respect your individual sleep needs must be followed to avoid this problem.
