See a doctor: Endometriosis, persistent functional cyst are at the top of the list, other possibilities too. If the pain is as bad as you say, seeing a doctor very soon is a good idea.

Yes: You have inflammation in the area of the left ovary. It may be due to a condition known as endometriosis. I suggest you see a physician.
