See your (GI) doc: Spitting up blood is never normal. If your acid reflux is not controlled with the medications you indicated, see a gastroenterologist. You have to make sure the blood is coming from the digestive system (stomach, esophagus) or is it coming from the respiratory system? Then the cause of the bleeding has to be determined in order to find a treatment. Reflux rarely causes such severe symptoms.
