Nothing: You have a minimal degree of myopia in both eyes which does not need to be corrected. Your uncorrected vision is still very good. There is a chance you may become more nearsighted as you get older. If that does occur, then you can consider refractive surgery (i.e. Lasik) to correct it at that time.

Orthokeratology: It is a way to use contact lenses to reshape the cornea to give you better vision without glasses. The contact lens use is temporary, but then again, so is the effects of the orthokeratology.
