Having pain in hip on weight bearing its in groin also and walking is difficut xray are normal problem sleeping on that side what could be this?
I have severe pain in left pelvis, especially when weight bearing and sleeping on L side since Oct. what could cause this if xray of L hip is normal?

Left hip pain . Groin cramps or spasms problem to walk. Pain in Thigh and down thru ankle. Dr states X-ray shows osteoarthritis in hip. Drew fluid off and gave me injection. Only helped two days. Worse now. Think I need orthopedic? Your thoughts th?
