Lack of study: The claims are amazing but i can't understand how these phospholipid can get through the skin , diffuse through the joint capsule, and reach sufficient concentration to work- assuming that phospholipid works on joints which is far from proven. However if you have derived benefits from using it, then there is no harm beyond your pocket book.
