Over use!: If you are lifting heavy weights, expecially bench presses or military presses, this puts a lot of stress on the clavicle and its joints at the neck and shoulder. You should rest for 1-2 weeks, no upper extremity weights. If this does not help seee your doctor to get it checked out.
