See below: If you had a fracture that involve the joint surface or any displacement of the bones around the distal radius you may be having some residual sequelae called posttraumatic arthritis. You can try some over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medication with food if not medically contraindicated. Follow up with your previous orthopedic surgeon for further x-rays and treatment recommendations good luck thank you.
