Take ibuprofen: SOmetimes pain can persist beyond your menses. Take ibuprofen for pain relief. If pain persists, see your GYN for an evaluation and a possible ultrasound

Below: Occasional irregular periods are a frequent complaint. this may be due to not ovulating that cycle, and should correct itself in the next cycle. If you cont to have irregular periods, then it would be best to contact your DR.

Irregular periods: Lets do a quick pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If negative, we can give oral contraceptives to regularize your periods. We must however do a pap smear and possible ultrasound
