Yes: Yes, it's safe. Sometimes it helps to decrease nausea from pregnancy. Just don't forget to drink plenty of water, as well!

Try homemade or tea: Ginger is super healthy but ginger ale is loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup, one of the least healthy things you can eat. It should be totally avoided in pregnancy- please read http://huff.To/1acvput you can make ginger tea with lemon ; honey and even add sparkling mineral water to it; this can taste even better than store-bought ginger ale will be far healthier for you and your baby!
