See your PCP.: First, get a physical exam from your pcp to rule out conditions that could cause hyperventilation, anxiety, thyroid problems and he could refer you for counseling , if appropriate. Sometimes anxiety can make you feel warm like you have a fever , feel dizzy or feel like passing out.
