I'm 7 weeks pregnant, having small brown/orange discharge for 4 days no cramp. i had an ultrasound 2 days ago, saw baby's heart beating but still worrie?

Pregnancy worries?: A small brown discharge and no blood of any kind suggests little evidence of a miscarriage at this time. It could be old blood that has now stopped.
