875/125mg amox-twice aday for tooth infection- stopped taking--getting real bad headaches is it normal?

Be careful: Did you complete the full course of the antibiotics? If not, please resume and call your provider. If you have signs of the infection spreading- swelling of the gum or face near the affected tooth- get emergency help as that can be life-threatening.

No: See a dentist to treat the cause of the infection. You should not be off antibiotics with a dental infection still present. The headaches may not be related to the medication or the infection. Your dentist can help determine that and refer you to your physician if necessary.
