You should be better: Would return to see the doctor who performed the surgery, if you have not in a while. That is the necessary first step.

Should be better: Hip pain should be greatly reduced by now. Sometimes scar tissue can cause problems, especially if you were not very vigilant with post op physical therapy. See your md.
