I have had a hip replacement for around 3 years and now i have started a work where you have to bend down alot. is it okay to bend down alot when your hip is healed?

Bending is ok: Bending and normal activities are ok after hip replacement. Assuming your hip has had no stability issues, and your bending is not out of the ordinary or associated with heavy weight lifting, then it should be ok. But your surgeon will be best able to answer this question based on the technique of surgery they used, and the motions you're inquiring about.
