Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine): There is little known about how vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) absorption and therapeutic effect will be affected by gastric ph. Possibly the drug is better absorbed if taken with breakfast, since it dissolves in the stomach, and also provides also substantial nutrition to the brain. If there is a question on efficacy, possibly adjusting the dose will suffice.

No: Food or ph does not affect vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) pharmacokinetics or absorption.
