Normal: This can be normal after a biopsy. Give it a bit more time. If you have a fever, call your doctor.

Prostate biopsy: It is not uncommon to have blood in the ejaculate for many weeks following needle biopsy of the prostate. Remember, just like a bruise, blood changes color as it breaks down.
