URI- AIR TRAVEL... !: Most probably viral. But at this temperature, better if travel can be delayed. Upper respiratory infection with inflammation/swelling of throat, nose can cause severe earache while plane taking off and landing, due eustacian tube dysfunction. If possible, have a check up with the child's pediatrician.
