Yes: In fact, i saw my father in the office today for hearing loss - nothing more than a wax blockage. Dizziness is not so likely. Either way, an ENT specialist can properly evaluate all thre problems.

Hearing loss yes: Wax impaction does not cause problems with balance although it certainly can cause hearing loss.
