Keep it light: If a new pocket under the muscle was created to place a new implant into, you should not lift weights over 10 pounds for 3 weeks. Also avoid pushing, shoving, and vacuum cleaning for the same time. If another implant was not used, the muscle was not traumatized, and generally there are no restrictions.
