Depends: Depends on several factors, like location (above or below muscle), are implants being removed or exchanged, etc. I would say in general it would be best to try to avoid strenuous activity, or moderate/heavy lifting with chest/arms simply to decrease chance of bleeding, swelling, or rarely implant malposition. We all have our own thoughts and quirks, so it is always best check with your surgeon.
