A member asked:

Is it possible to have vertigo without loss of balance?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Odd: Vertigo is the subjective sensation of motion in the absence thereof. I've never heard of anyone not describing that as a loss of their balance so, maybe you're not really thinking about vertigo. Please be more descriptive and we can help you more.
