Vertigo - loss of balance (not fear of heights). are there any fixes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vertigo not a balance problem: Vertigo may cause problems with the balance, but vertigo is not defined as a balance problem. Vertigo is defined as the sensation of motion where there is no motion. If you are having true vertigo then you need to consult with an ear nose and throat doctor for an evaluation and discussion of treatment options. If your problem is just balance then a neurologist may be your best starting point.
