OTITIS MEDIA is-: Middle ear infection. Bacteria enters from upper respiratory tract/nose thru the eustacian tube. As middle ear is a close empty cavity, bacteria grows easily. Treatment is antibiotic for about 10 days which is a prescription med. For relief of pain, take Ibuprofen as per weight. Keep nose clean, drink enough water. Make appointment with your primary care doc. For an exam and treatment.
