A member asked:

What is best to treat an ulcer in cornea after conjunctivitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Antibiotic drops: Ulcers can be very serious and cause vision loss. They often require hourly antibiotic drops for treatment, the best initial step is to see an ophthalmologist immediately if you are having eye pain or red eye. An ulcer may need to be cultured to make sure the antibiotic treatment is correct. Any contact lens wear should be discontinued immedieately.
