Unclear question: If you're asking about "hardening of the arteries", an ancient phrase used to describe atherosclerosis or atherothrombosis, you are asking about plaque buildup in the arteries that may involve the aorta and the heart if the coronary arteries are involved and/or the heart has been damaged.
