Innocent: yes! There is such a thing, although I'd have to listen to your murmur to know for sure. We doctors call it an innocent murmur, or in essence a "flow"murmur. High flow across a valve due to increased heart rate or increased cardiac output from fevers or higher adrenaline levels are responsible for this natural phenomen.
