Please explain what are some symptoms of injuring your growth plate (in the wrist)?

Pain & deformity: First you have to be still growing, so under 16 for a boy or 13 for a girl. The growth plate is near the end of the long bones just before the wrist joint. The signs are pain and deformity. Take the child to an Orthopedic surgeon.
