Maybe (not) . . .: You didn't mention how your wrist was injured or where (aside from the general area). You also didn't describe the stretch (which direction, how much force, what duration, etc). All these variables make a difference as to whether this is "good" or not. Best to see occupational therapist who can help you recover safely & quickly (and minimize risk for reinjury).

Wrist injury: Stretching is good after an injury as long as you know what type of injury you are dealing with. For a non-specific weightlifting injury you need to characterize what happened to make sure that you don't do harm . Tendons ligaments cartlidge soft tissue all can be a effected. If pain is persistent and exam and possibly further imaging studies such as x-ray or MRI can help. Then stretching becomes one part.
