Several: Rash, irritation where skin overlaps, redness, may be sore to touch, often weeps (fluids). Best to clean often with sterile soap (like hibiclens), rinse, and dry. May use powders and cotton (like shirt tucked into fold to help 'wick' the perspiration. Often needs surgical removal such that overlap is gone.
