Fingers or toes?: Either way, ulcers are breakdowns of skin, where there is an open area in the tissue...ssometimes there is drainage, skin discoloration, pain, etc. Are u diabetic? If so u should seek immediate attention, cause the ulceration can lead to infection and further complications.
